Our return policy is as follows:
How to Request a Return
- You can request an exchange or refund by visiting the Returns Manager.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
- You will need to use the prepaid label provided to return your item to us.
Processing Time
Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your return, depending on stock levels.
Exceptions
- Custom-made jackets are only eligible for exchange.
- Bespoke jackets are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Engraving plates are customised per order and are not eligible for refund.
- Face coverings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
