Free Worldwide Returns

In complete contrast to today’s throwaway culture, quality counts for everything. We take great pride in the design and manufacture of our products to ensure their longevity and, ultimately, your satisfaction. We are that confident in the quality and fit of our products, we have extended our returns policy to 100 days*, to give you peace of mind before ordering. 

Simply put, if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 100 days for an exchange, or 14 days for a refund.

If you are unsure about sizing, don’t hesitate to contact our client care team prior to making your purchase. With the right EPICA in the right size, both you and the environment will be happy. Together we can keep the number of returns to a minimum and reduce our impact and carbon footprint on the environment, saving us both time and energy.

Can’t be bothered with the whole ‘returns’ process if you get the wrong size or just don’t like it? Yeah we feel you, it can be annoying.

With our new returns policy, our guarantee to you is that we’ll take care of that hassle for you. That’s right, you can now enjoy complimentary, no nonsense, hassle free returns on all orders within your returns period. 

To be clear, our new FREE returns policy means that you now have; 100 days to return for and exchange or 14 days to return dor a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that custom-made jackets are only liable for an exchange.

EPICA LEGAND jackets are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

Luxury Shearling Gloves - if you choose to add Engraving, the Luxury Shearling Gloves will be non-refundable/returnable due to the nature of attaching the Engraving plate to the product. 

Each engraving plate is customised per order. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund for this item.

*Please note - returns and exchanges must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached. If your item does not meet these conditions, this will be sent back to you and no exchange or refund will be issued.

If you have returned an item to us, please bare with. We have reduced our operations within our warehouse and this will cause delays with returns being processed. Please be assured that we are working as efficiently as possible to ensure delays are as minimal as possible.

Visit the Returns Manager to request an exchange or refund. Once authorised please return your EPICA in its original condition with all tags attached, to the address listed in your confirmation email.
